No – but connecting a Lap Top, PC or monitor to the second video output on the Control Unit provides the following benefits:
  • An additional monitor
  • Video recording direct to the computer hard drive (video grabber and software required)
  • Send your video image to a third party or put it live on-line (internet connection required)
Other recording options?
A ruggedised Digital Video Recorder such as the 73Fifty Peli DVR unit would be an ideal companion to operate in conjunction with the AC-ROV. Built into a Pelican case by the manufacturer the 73Fifty Peli is housed in a waterproof housing with the ability to record up to 120hrs of video and take still images [.jpg] as required.

Video and still images stored on the 73Fifty Peli DVR can be instantly replayed or viewed on the unit itself and later transferred at your convenience to a Laptop or Desktop PC in a controlled environment such as an office or workshop.
