Yes - Text overlay is built into all the 73Fifty DVR units supplied by ROVworld Lda.  The unit also comes with a flexible waterproof keyboard connected via a USB cable.  This enables you to overlay text, in the field, directly onto the video being recorded at the time.  Items such as Date, time, location, client and type of work can all be added to help produce a professional looking result. 

Should you be using an ROV system you can, in addition, add data output from the vehicle such as Heading and Depth etc.
